Shoes are delivered within 7 days of placing an order. Deliveries can be made anytime between 7 am and 9 pm. Your best bet is to track it with your link. If you’re not home, our courier partner will leave it with anybody who is. If nobody is home, well then, they’d come back the next working day (sorry for sounding like your bank).
Yes, we can. Home, office, your favourite treetop - whatever you like. Just add your delivery address at the end of the checkout process. Once your order has been processed and you’ve received your order confirmation email, we’re unable to make any changes to delivery details.
Yikes! That sucks, and we’re sorry! Just return the item to us by mail and we’ll send you back your right order (courier on us both ways). If your product is not in stock, we’ll process a refund and send you a profuse apology.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Please remember though, we’re still a startup and are working hard to master the inventory - sales cycle -- and sometimes we may run out of shoes that you ordered. In these rare cases, we’ll process a refund or give you the choice to order a model that’s in stock.

These cases are rare, but if an item in your order sells out, we'll contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If you order contains additional items, we'll dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.
Yes, as long as they’re in a condition as good as new. If you wore ‘em to your distant cousin’s wedding and spilt tikka masala on them - we’ll have to turn down your return :( Normal shipping charges will apply.
Ok look - we’re trying really hard to not do discounts. But we’re also aware that we’re a shady internet brand and so we may offer up a limited scope/time discount every now and then. Your code: Have you entered the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive (we’re obviously making it hard for you to buy a dollar at 80 cents), try copying and pasting the code into the Promo Code box just before checkout. If nothing works, take a look at the expiry date on the offer and the eligible items (may apply on certain shoes only).
Leather uppers require regular treatment with a good quality wax cream, in order to protect the leather and provide a high shine finish. We suggest a clear/neutral wax or cream for coloured shoes. This will avoid altering the colour and finish of the shoes. For black shoes, it's fine to use a black wax or cream. The shoes should be completely dry before application of any product.
Leather soles cannot get wet in rains. Please dry them before re-using them or they will crack.
PLNK recommends the use of Saphir shoe care products on its shoes and offers a range of these on our website, but there are other reputable suppliers. Please ensure you select the correct care product specifically for the leather.
Never wear your new shoes in the rain until they have been worn 3 or 4 times. If your shoes do get wet, put shoe trees in them or yesterday's newspaper. Let them dry naturally at room temperature for at least 48 hours before wearing them again. Do not dry using any heat source such as a hair dryer.
Tl;dr - If you ordered shoes that don’t fit you or one that you didn’t like - we’ll be nice and let you exchange or cancel them as long as you didn’t wear them.
